Check flight information carefully
It’s important your customers check their flight information carefully before they head to the airport. This is because flights may depart from or land in a different terminal to the one shown on their booking confirmation.
The easiest way to find up to date flight information is to download the Etihad Airways app or visit etihad.com/manage.
Connections and transfers in Abu Dhabi
A shuttle bus service will operate for guests transiting in Abu Dhabi who may need to transfer between terminals. There’s no need to leave the airport.
